Country One Spotlight Productions, LLC. and Cullen Park Productions will host the premiere of a locally filmed slasher-comedy, Shelved.
Shelved is the second film written by: Lindsey LaForest and is directed by Toledo behind-the-screen veterans, Michael E. Cullen II and Jamal Wallace Knight.
The premiere will be held at the Maumee Indoor Theater on Friday, December 9th, at 7:00 p.m., and a second viewing will follow on Saturday, December 10th, at 7:00 p.m..
A public welcome and general admission will be $8.00, and methods to pre-order tickets will be announced on http://www.shelvedevilelf.com .
Country & Bluegrass band Nu-Blu will perform at the Maumee Indoor Theater on Tuesday, December 6th, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m..
The show will include Bluegrass and Christmas songs.

Get to know the beautiful Metro-parks on this leisurely naturalist-led walk. Watershed walks will specifically explore the Maumee watershed habitat.
The 11th annual Holiday Craft Show for Make-A-Wish, is to be held on this Saturday, December 3rd, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Lucas County Recreation Center (2901 Key St.).
The event will feature handcrafted items, seasonal art, holiday decorations, wooden and re-purposed signs, baked goods, candles, oils, and several vendors from home businesses – including Scentsy, Origami Owl, Thirty-One, and many more.
The event will also include pictures with Santa, chair massages, and a free children’s area with balloons and face painting.
A FREE goody bag will be given to the first 100 guests!
Admission and parking are completely free, but donations to Make-A-Wish can be made at the door.

Breakfast includes sausage, coffee, juice, milk, and all-you-can-eat pancakes for $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for kids (10 years old and younger). A 50/50 raffle and photos with Santa will be available for a donation. Proceeds will benefit the IAFF Charitable Foundation.
