Melissa Utterback is dedicated to you and the community. She graduated from Maumee High School and continued her higher education endeavors at Denison University. Melissa is a licensed broker in the state of Ohio, a higher degree and education than a licensed salesperson. She became a REALTOR® in December of 2000. In the past two decades, Melissa has been providing excellent customer service to residents in the Northwest Ohio area. In 2008, Melissa was recognized by her peers as the TRAR REALTOR® of the Year award. She has also received recognition as a recipient of both the Northwest Ohio REALTORS (previously Toledo Regional Association of REALTORS) and Danberry President’s Sales Club. She is a lifetime member of the TRAR Million Dollar club. In addition to being licensed as a REALTOR® with the Northwest Ohio REALTORS®, Ohio REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, Melissa is an Accredited Buyers Representative, TRAR Leadership Academy Graduate and Lucas County Probate Approved Agent. Melissa has previously served as a Director of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS® Association and Ohio REALTORS®. Melissa also founded and served as the chairperson of the Young Professional Network of REALTORS®. Melissa stays active within the community by volunteering as a trustee for the Toledo Day Nursery Board, Maumee Garden Club, Maumee Chamber of Commerce and Maumee Historic Home Tour Committee. Curbside Christmas tree pick-up is scheduled for the first two weeks in January (January 4-8, 2021, and January 11-15, 2021). Your tree should be put out on Sunday evenings with all tree bags removed prior to collection.
