The Maumee United Methodist Church, 405 Sackett Street, is hosting the Monday, Feb. 27 blood drive in its gymnasium. If you wish to schedule an appointment, visit the American Red Cross website at RedCrossBlood.org and enter sponsor code HUMANESOCIETY or call 1-800-RED-CROSS. There may be openings for walk-ins but I’d check with Red Cross to be sure. All blood types are needed. The drive is from Noon until 6 pm.
