Again this year, the city of Maumee has been named a Tree City honoree by the Arbor Day Foundation. As a member of the Maumee Garden Club, we recently read the book, The Hidden Life of Trees, to better understand trees. The club has donated a copy of the book to the City of Maumee Tree Commission in memory of MGC member Gerry Crouse.
