Got kids? If you have a child who will turn 5 on or before August 1, 2022, there will be an informational meeting for parents on Tuesday, March 1, 6:30 pm at Maumee High School about kindergarten requirements. In addition, kindergarten screenings will be held at the Performing Arts Center at Maumee High School Tuesday, March 22, for those children attending Fairfield Elementary and Wednesday, March 23, for those attending Fort Miami Elementary. Once parents complete a child’s paperwork online, a screening appointment can be scheduled. It’s an exciting time when a child attends their first day of school and Maumee does a great job of educating its students … I know, I was one of them!
