Walk This Way in Maumee

Walkers are welcome at the Maumee City Schools Admin building, 716 Askin, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 3 pm. Enter through the main entrance and sign in. A walking loop through the building at Gateway Middle School, 900 Gibbs, is available Monday-Friday from 6-8 pm. Enter through door 15 to sign in.   

Wreaths Across America

Many thanks to our local American Legion Post 320 and the many volunteers who placed wreaths at our Maumee cemeteries. I saw their efforts firsthand when I visited by grandparents’ grave under the large Sycamore tree at Riverside Cemetery. Thank you one and all for this gesture to honor by grandfather’s service.
