The Maumee Uptown Business Association invites businesses to participate in its annual treat or treat event Monday, Oct. 25, 3-5 pm. Participating children can give the public a preview of their Halloween costumes and get a jump on everyone’s favorite thing, free candy! I helped out one year and it was so fun.
