After a year of being closed, the Maumee Senior Center is back open and serving in-person lunches once again.
Thanks to a grant and local donation, the center was able offer improvements to its participants. To serve the greater request for home delivered meals, a larger refrigerator and freezer were purchased. Touchless faucets and towel dispensers in the restrooms help with keeping guests protected. With virtual learning on the rise, new monitors were bought. Executive Director Malinda Ruble praised her staff and volunteers for all the hard work they put in this last year.
