On Saturday, March 27 from 10 am-2 pm at the Lucas Country Rec Center, there will be an electronic recycling event. Accepted at the event will be laptops, computers, printers, hard drives, modems, flat screen monitors, cables, speakers, keyboards, cameras, cellphones, radios, game systems and fax machines. Not accepted that day are TVs, non-flat screen monitors, air conditioners, appliances, florescent bulbs (Menard’s accepts these light bulbs for recycling), alkaline batteries, furniture, toys and clothing. A $10 donation to assist Nature’s nursery per carload is suggested.
