What is happening in the Maumee real estate market right now given the current climate? Houses are still happening as the sale of property has been deemed an “essential” activity. Some interesting stats from the last year into March of this year. Low inventory has been the biggest driver of the market of the last few years. Now inventory is almost at the lowest it has ever been. In all of Maumee schools, only 58 houses were on the market at the end of March. And prices have continued to climb.
