Preliminary work has begun on the property along St. Rt. 24 just east of the Monclova intersection. A curb cut has been installed midway between Monclova and Ford Street. Streetlights are also installed. Work will begin soon on a health clinic for Toledo Clinic. Ground was broken in January for an assisted living facility by the Douglas Company. In residential news, there is a proposed 200 home development near the Shops at Fallen Timbers as well as a large villa complex of rental units.
