Dana has purchased the Crown building to the north of its headquarters and added a demonstration track and mound to display vehicles that utilize its products. The new interchange at 20A and US23 will offer at new entry ramp near the headquarters. Crown, a forklift business, has a new facility being constructed on North Jerome Road south of the ODOT garage and next door to the Senator Group office furniture manufacturer. Recently sold is property at the corner of North Jerome Road and Monclova. It has not been revealed what is expected to be built on this land zoned light industrial.
