Curbside Christmas tree pick-up is scheduled for the first two weeks in January.

Tuesday-Friday, January 3rd-6th and Monday-Friday, January 9th-13th.

Campfire Cooking – Warm Delights

Join Metroparks staff for an enjoyable campfire culinary experience and experiment with different methods of preparing meals around a campfire. Cooking equipment, food, recipes, and instructions will be provided; just bring your appetite.

Participants are also encouraged to bring their own reusable plates, bowls, silverware, and mugs to minimize the amount of waste generated.

Dress warm. Reservations needed.

Fort Meigs Holiday Open House

Enjoy unique holiday shopping, food, music, and more at the Fort Meigs Holiday Open House on Sunday, December 11th, stating at 1:00 p.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m..

The Fort Meigs Visitor Center will be decked for the holidays for this family-friendly event filled with a lot of activities for any age!

Admission at the door is $2.00 for adults and youths.

Ohio History Connection Members and children under the age of 5 years old, are admitted free.

Slasher-Comedy to Premiere at Maumee Indoor Theater

Country One Spotlight Productions, LLC. and Cullen Park Productions will host the premiere of a locally filmed slasher-comedy, Shelved.

Shelved is the second film written by: Lindsey LaForest and is directed by Toledo behind-the-screen veterans, Michael E. Cullen II and Jamal Wallace Knight.

The premiere will be held at the Maumee Indoor Theater on Friday, December 9th, at 7:00 p.m., and a second viewing will follow on Saturday, December 10th, at 7:00 p.m..

A public welcome and general admission will be $8.00, and methods to pre-order tickets will be announced on .
