Did you know that prescription drug abuse is the fastest growing drug problem in the United States? These drugs can be misused, abused, stolen, or even ingested. It is extremely important that we dispose of any unused, expired, or unwanted prescription drugs in the proper manner. We all ask that you, please, do your part to keep these easily abused drugs off the street, and out of the wrong hands.
The Maumee Police Division has a permanent collection box in the lobby of the police station, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to the public.
