The MUBA businesses invite the younger trick or treaters to a daytime Trick or Treat.



Drug Disposal is Available in Maumee

Saturday, October 22nd, starting at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 2:00 p.m., located at the Maumee Police Division at 109 E. Dudley St. as well as St. Luke’s Hospital at 5901 Monclova Rd..

Did you know that prescription drug abuse is the fastest growing drug problem in the United States? These drugs can be misused, abused, stolen, or even ingested. It is extremely important that we dispose of any unused, expired, or unwanted prescription drugs in the proper manner. We all ask that you, please, do your part to keep these easily  abused drugs off the street, and out of the wrong hands.

The Maumee Police Division has a permanent collection box in the lobby of the police station, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to the public.

District Buildings Open to Walkers

Starting Monday, October 17th, through Friday, May 12th 2017.

Residents of the Maumee City School District are invited to walk indoors at Gateway Middle School and the Administrative Office Building on weekdays.

Gateway Middle School is available Monday through Friday from 6:00-8:00 p.m..

The Administrative Office Building gymnasium is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m..

Maumee Leaf Collection

Starting on Monday, October 17th, city of Maumee will begin the collection of the leaves.

  • All dates are approximate. Holidays, weather, events, breakdowns, and day-to-day operations will cause adjustments to the schedule.
  • A supervisor will check to make sure all leaf piles were collected. Leaves put out after final clean-up will not be picked up and the homeowner will be responsible for the removal.
