Several local Maumee Businesses will be participating in the Maumee Uptown Business Association’s Holiday Open House on Sunday November, 8th. The Event takes place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and ends with a free screening of the movie Elf at the Maumee Indoor Theater. Many businesses will be offering discounts and giveaways to help you jump start your holiday shopping while kids are offered treats and games. To name a few, there will be a coloring contest at Sunshine Studios, free ice cream at Jacky’s Depot and Santa will be available to take any Christmas requests at Georgette’s Grounds.
