As we enter in to the snowy winter season it is important to know the details of our three levels of snow emergencies.
LEVEL ONE –
Hazardous roadways with blowing and drifting snow. Icy roads.
LEVEL TWO –
Extreme blowing and drifting snow and ice on the roads. No one should be out on the roads unless absolutely necessary. Citizens should contact employers before heading to work to see if you are still required to report to work.
LEVEL THREE –
All roads closed to public. Emergency vehicle traffic only. An employee may request that all essential employees report to work. All other traffic may be subject to arrest.
