Dogwood Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center and The American Red Cross are hosting a human and canine blood drive Saturday, August 29 from 9am – 3pm. All those who donate will be entered to win an owner-pet mini photo session with Rikki Renee Photography.
Schedule your appointment at www.redcrossblood.org sponsor code DOGWOOD or e-mail toledopetemergency@gmail.com with your name and time request. You must bring an application for your pet that can be downloaded at www.toledopetemergency.com. Only a small amount of blood will be drawn from your dog at the time to determine blood type and their actual donation will be scheduled for a later date. Dogwood Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center is located at 115 Chesterfield Ln., Maumee.
