Independence Day Celebration Tonight!
Start the evening off right at the picnic tonight from 5 – 9 p.m. in the area adjacent to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church sponsored by Maumee Uptown Business Assoc. There will be several food vendors including Captain Daddy Dogs, Jacky’s Depot, Deet’s BBQ, and Chick-Fil-A. There will also be vendors selling funnel cakes, snow cones, and kettle corn. Other activities include Miss Rita’s Balloons, a bouncy house, a fire truck display by the Maumee Fire Division and performances by The Maumee Community Band and Johnny Rodriguez. Fireworks start at 10 p.m. from the Fort Meigs Memorial Bridge.
